Get analogue-style sounds, and hit F5 to continue!

(offtopic) Darn, my F5 just broke down... guess I have to type RUN by hand now... (/offtopic)

Yesh Yesh... it's still a quick and dirty recording, so other sounds will join in soon ^_^
but, i was mainly concerned about the chords. This was like 20 minutes of work, so it's waaaaaaaaaay from finished

But I never played Snatcher before I do have it, but it's in new condition, with a never opened box And I'm not the one that will open it

Are you absolutely 1000% sure of this? A lot of 2nd hand shops re-shrink-wrap their products. Some look so good, it seems they're new.

It is not shrink-wrapped.
Those Japanese plastic box games had a seal (some kind of thick tape with the publisher logo), and that one is still intact. There isn't even a mark on the tape that would suggest that somebody even tried opening it...

So I'm pretty confident that it is a brandnew unopened box.

Ok, little kick and little update

I've made a new version, lemme know if it sounds better this way (I added a distortion guitar and I made the bass-line a bit dirtier)

www.spiresound.nl/sdsnatcher.mp3

suggestions are welcome... I need to finish the whole song sometime though... only the first 10 bars just won't do

A bit messy in the low regions .. ok, I said that the previous version wasn't dirty enough, but scc-dirtyness doesn't mean 'messy'.

As I also said last time, it's soaking in reverb and other fx. Try to lower that, and the stuff becomes way more clearer to the listener.

The hihats are somewhat loud compared to the snare.. (which is a bit soft compared to the rest)

The original has a kind of 'lonelyness' in its atmosphere, something I miss in your version. It's almost like it's too happy, or too normal. I don't feel the great 'distance' in it. It's not that less instruments mean more distance, not at all, but the type of instruments are really important here.

The lead is nice tho.
