Though, I cheated. Happened to have time and and played again(years ago I played Black Onyx quite much but never figured out, how to finish it). Now I also found out from http://www.video-fenky.com/features/blackonyx/onyx.html that there isn't end, but neverthless, I didn't find Black Onyx also years ago. I also figured out Black Onyx map data and wrote a simple basic program to draw it out on sreen... and wondered about their map(how they packed it to 15*15 space) and mine which I drawed years ago and seemed to be much larger. Sigh, one childhood game over at last, I guess I can call it a day :-)
