I want to explain myself a bit.
The things I don't like are:
1) doubles in polls (adds or splits points)
2) errors that found in 2nd-3rd round, after votes are already custed
3) unclear descriptions (for example "3rd tune from the beginning" - some voters think it's melody A, others think they vote for B)

The final voting is OK 100% from the moment you started requiring registration (until this results in registration flood attack, hope this won't happen)

I must say I kind of agree on the doubles. We've got the same Panasonic and Sony designs like 5 times... Fortunately they mostly ran agains ugly computers anyways. Ofcourse in the next round we'll end up choosing between the Sony 11 and the Sony 101
