| Hahah brings back the memories of trying to think of the lamest names ever for songs... i always had trouble coming up with titles somehow (though I wasn't the one who came up with 'compjoetania' for our group) ... but I'm actually very interested in the result... let me know when it's finished ^_^
|
It's not me working on it...
Was thinking of doing a Noisedisk tune, but I ain't got the disk nomore |

| I think it's lame. It's a challenge to try and remake BGM's from commercial products, but to remake something an amateur componist has made... Sort of gives me the feeling you think you can do it better
|
tssshhh....well, go ahead, do it better. With nowadays software it should be no effort I guess...although, actually I think the appeal of the music generated by a MSX or other old-age-computer is the noisy-crippled sound attached to it.
I think it is silly to distinguish between commercial and amateur products, especially when it concerns music, and even more when it concerns impact tunes of course. |

He's also the only one that wants to
There aren't that many of Ben's tunes that inspire me to recreate them either, but it might be interesting to give it a try. Let's see how a country & western version of Impaccable sounds |

There're tunes everywhere to remake, even the end-titles from FDD2 has something remake-sensitive in it |

hehe nah I'll skip those stories wolf ...just curious about it ( since he DID cover KOTO)
I must say the music from impact kicks some butt overall, stands out quite well,
and hasn't lost appeal even now I think. Good melodies always work, no matter
what time they were made, but that's just my opinion
