What should be done in these games? I never knew how to play them...

In world 8 you have to bump onto some special tile or tunnel.. I dunno anymore which one, but it's there only once orso.. then you've won. (finished it 3x orso, years ago)
But, to *get* at world 8 will take a while.
One major thing you need is the radar.. that'll show to which world the tunnels lead. Try to remember which enemies have elite-items and which ones have dull items. The white-cloud bullet is the one to have all the way.. only that one kills enemies.
Also, get 3 speed-ups asap, @ speed 1 the game feels kinda slow'ish ..

I've the original, boxed with manual
The manual however shows cartoon/nice versions of the items, I didn't find them really useful or something. I generally learnt the most important items just by playing the game..
According to the manual it's a race, but the enemies don't actually try to win the race, they're just flying around a bit and make your life a bit more miserable.. |
