| BTW, what are these "Death Armors" for? I can't sell them even. And what are those "Death Cards" and stuff?
|
I'm not sure about Death Armors. With death cards you can penalize an enemy in his luck, i.e. you'll hit with big blows nearly always. Luck cards are better though, they boost the luck of one of your players (Sonia with Silverrod, anyone? *Hit*->*Kill* ).
Anyhoo, sorry for digging this grave up, as I was referred to it and read it once again |

Hey Manuel, what kind of 'Death Armor' are you referring to? I'm very curious about this one, coz if this is some kind of 'hidden item', I do certainly want to know about it! Did you buy this somewhere or was it a dropped item after a battle?
Death cards indeed try to reduce the victim's luck to 0, which is a MAJOR bad thing in this game as luck governs a LOT of things. As you can see, indeed, when you use a luckcard, which boosts a character's luck to 200 (=max) for the remainder of the battle.

So I need to use death cards now, because all my characters have 200 luck |

Demonseed: here's how I did the elevator thing.
a) Go to the upper level of the crystal Tower
b) Press [ESC]
c) go to the USE-menu
d) select the SILFLUTE (Silver Flute) and voilá |

The Death Armor? I think I found it when killing enemies. IIRC, e.g. in the cave near Fungus.

I remember! It's some kind of armour that greatly reduces your speed or something similar, isn't it?
I guess there are some six to ten different 'hidden' items in DS6 that you can find only as extremely rare drops after defeating enemies. The ones I've seen so far:
- A rod (don't remeber the name) that casts Poison1 (dropped by Mudfrogs, CH3)
- A rod (don't remeber the name) that casts Kill2 (dropped by Killer Apes, CH4)
- Lifehammer, casts Life2, an otherwise nonexistent spell that revives a character and fully heals both HP and MP (dropped by Zargid / Jardin / Jardin Zombie, Final CH)
- Death Armor, don't remember what it does or who it is dropped by
- Hyper 2000, use-item, sets a character's maxHP en maxMP both at 2000 (dropped by Gurm, Final CH)
Anyone know of any more of these? Please let me know!

Finally!
I was trying it with the panel all the time, and I was already going ALL the past villages to see if I missed something.
Now I can reach it, great! Thank you. |
