I've just updated the MSXdev'05 status page with the first Karoshi Corp entry, including also some screenshots of our game and of Zambeze. There is also a link to the blog of the programmer of Jack Exploring II, with some screenshots of his own project.

Man, it's barely started and there are some cool looking entries already. This is gonna be a good year  Neat !

Yes, I have seen them and the game looks promising. The captures belong to an old version, but the new JACK EXPLORING II is going to be cool. The original JACK EXPLORING was published in a well known spanish magazine, as a BASIC program. Excellent too!

The remake of the Peach Up game looks nice too, but I can't help wondering what an MSX1 version will add to the already existing MSX2 version  |

I think level-design for those games should be in reversed order ... so in an editor you start in a field full of walls, and you're essentially walking backwards while leaving behind items and a path.
