Hi all,
I'm Marcel Beekman (webmouse), new to the current msx scene.
33 years, father of 2 doughters and son. I work as a multimedia specialist / webdeveloper.
I started with my first MSX machine in 1986 when the first VG8235 was introduced.
My father bought me one for 1600 gulden (+/- 720 euro).
Back then the MSX was hot (still is I think).
Now I always have one or two msx machine to play with.
I own two NMS 8250 machines, one with a Sunrise IDE interface.
And I hope there is an ethernet adapter soon to hook it up to my network and the internet.
I use openMSX for programming. My workstation runs on Vector Linux 5.01 SOHO with KDE 3.4.
I'm programming a rpg game with Flash MX actionscript (Wine). When ready I like to port it to MSX2.

heyah webmouse, welcome to the MRC! Great to see the MSX never really let you go, join the club! It would be really cool if you'd port your RPG game to MSX2. Just keep us posted on your progress, ok? |

Thanks for the welcome. I will keep you informed.
The actionscript engine is working now. I use a xml file for level 1, and can easely add new levels.
The graphics is a big part.
