Hi Snout. Please, try to be more specific about the schedule. I want to bring under your attention that people made a payment and after that there was a radio silence. That feels unconmortable.

In your email regarding the payment there is nothing mentioned about the planned timeframe so I guess that a lot of clients (including me) do expect the shirt(s) to be deleverid in a short time after the payment.

This is not a complaint, just an advise to be more clear at what we can expect. Delay is no problem, just tell.
