Thinlizzy: basically it comes down to this: the MRC team decide which risk they want and don't want to take. It's clear that we don't draw the line where you would draw it, but that's something you'll have to learn to live with. As mars2k stated, the 128 in 1 cartridge appeared on the Korean market at a time there were no copyright laws over there. Talking about the cartridge over here is not even nearly as close to illegal activity (or promoting it) as your eternal linking to the very same warez site time and time again, just to make your point, is.

As for the analogy of tfh: we're talking about a link to a picture of a car that might be stolen in this case
