Invest time in tools. We (infinite) are also making a game, for MSXdev'05.. and it's amazing the amount of weird small unpredictable tools a game needs. Having a decent toolset is half the development-time! |

Only works well for sequels or a game that uses the same engine/format. Otherwise
making new tools is a must. |
