See the Tools/Cheats subdirectory of blueMSX : for each game with a cheat, there is a text file with the extension .mcf

So, if the file already exists, you need only to add the new lines in the text file

Otherwise, you need to create a new .mcf file.

It's in the following subdirectory :

openmsx/share/scripts

cheat.tcl is the cheat finder script

trainers.tcl is the file with the trainers for all concerned games

Konamito: openMSX will automatically load every script in the share/scripts directory, so as soon as you start openMSX, the cheat finder is already available. Just press F10 (or Cmd+L on Mac) to open the command console and type the cheat finder commands there.

Once you have found the address of the value you want to cheat (lives, ammo etc), you can modify share/scripts/trainers.tcl to add your cheat. Also notify Vampier, so he can add it to future versions of openMSX.
