actually I was struggling to get an internet connection at my parents' place, where I was staying for a couple of days in order to get some rest. Living in the middle of nowhere has its disadvantages. The quality of the phone line could not be worse. DSL is out of the question, ISDN is not an option either. Two-way satellite internet is the expensive answer, but I'll have to do with single-way for now... 24mbit down, 24k4 up ^_^. Luckily I'll be travelling to my own place in an hour or two...
