About 99% of msx's demos consists of scrolltexts and some logo or effect .. you don't want to record all that, let alone assuming someone non-msx cares to read all that lot..

The real fun will be always to run these demos on a real machine or on a very accurate emulator; from my point of view, videos are only required in 2 cases :

- to show solutions to some difficult (parts of) games ;
- to show demos that require some very hard specifications (like the XT-Intro for example).

sure, but does everyone know ?

For some reason everyone remembers the c64... even those people who never had one,
everyone knows the atari logo, even people who never had one ( we didnt see everyone
running around in msx shirts all over the globe recently did we)...

Anyway, I'm still scared by those 2 people in that cartridge slot !!!

The latter can be run in one of the very accurate MSX emulators, remember?

well, why have divx rips on your pc if you can have the original ones running on your dvd player and tv?
Or...have mp3's while you can have the original ones on record or cd ?
