IllusionCity does work with a 512KB turboR and FDE. However, I only got the FM-PAC version working, no luck with the MIDI part so far
The reason why turboR games don't work on HDDemu is probably because it are turboR games. I think the turboR runs in DRAM mode while emulating FDD's in order to make most games work.
Moonlight Saga is very well protected so you'll really need the original disks to run the game. (Ok, copying can be done.. but we're all against that now, aren't we? ) |

Against copying moonlight Saga I am not.
Now normally I am against copying any one of the newer software. However trying to get moonlight Saga the official way (via club hnostar or some third people) resulted in not getting me the game. I have a lot of time spend in getting a legal version. Still it ended with no succes.
The official statements I heard from these people is that it is sold out.
So how am I supposed to get it if You can't get it the legal way and other people won't copy it because it is not good to copy new software (Something I generally agree with. At least if there still is a legal way to get it.)
So is there any one who has a answer to the following big question I have kept asking me for 3 years.
How do I get Moonlight Saga ?

I tried to get FDE to work on my turbo R but no result (exept a lock up of the system). Does anybody know weither this program runs with a MegaSCSI interface (probably not)?
And there was Zone Terra by Quadrivium and shuffle puck (although a normal msx 2 version exists as well)

Hmmm yeat it _IS_ quite impossible to find Moonlight Saga these days. :/
that doesn't make it legal or right to copy it, but it's understandable...

IMHO
- Mod Editor/Player
- Raytrace turboR demo
- Swiss demo
- Illusion city

I don't know any of them, apart from the screenshot's and Magazines with reviews for Illusion City ...
I would probably take the Illusion City RPG, even if it is not a exclusive title. This seems to be one of the greatest 16-bit Japanese R.P.G. games for Personal Computers (or one of the few games that run on Panasonic 16-bit Personal Computers).
There is even a version for Japanese MEGA-CD console.
There seems to be some games listed for MSX Turbo R. Now, does anyone knew about that "Dewoman" game?

How to run Download Paradream, Parallel Dream (1992)(Rac House) in open msx ?
I get syntax error at line 70 in "autoexec.bas"
The instruction "_ramdisk(0)" seems not
supported by the TR (both in open and blue msx.
Any hint on what is needed to run this game ?

You probably have it on a disk which is formatted with MSX-DOS 1. THis means that the turboR will start in DOS 1 mode, which does not have the _RAMDISK feature. The same will happen on a real turboR.
By the way, here's another list of turboR games.
