I'm quite interested on buying this great piece of hardware, only if it's working properly and in good shape (box, manuals, etc).
Please drop me a note and I will contact you as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance and king regards,
Sergio

How much are you willing to pay?
Are you only interested in a FS-A1GT (and not ST)?
Have you taken a look at eBay?

Ivan, thanks for your promptly response
Yes, it's the FS-A1GT version. In fact my decision was made mainly becase this version fixed some problems found on the ST (noise from some digital parts), and it has more RAM.
I have already taken a look on eBay but no luck... I was willing to pay up to 200€, but all depends on its state.

okiwan: for € 200,- you're not going to find an FS-A1GT. Those do about € 300,- to € 350,- these days. If you're lucky though, you may lay hands on an FS-A1ST for € 200,-. But that's just if you're lucky. They don't come by as often as they used to ... |

Nice to have a reference since I have not found it anywhere... that's the reason why I always wait an offer from the seller. As you can understand, I won't start saying something like "500€ for one"
Anyway, I'm not in a hurry... will wait until find a fair price.
Thanks for your help. |

By the way, post your email if you want to receive offers! I've seen that it isn't in your profile.

MIDI and 512k was the only diff between the GT and ST, rite?
If so: I figure MIDI ain't that important anno 2007, and RAM is a matter of sniffing around on a fair, as far as you need the RAM anyway: most European scene stuff runs with 128k, and most JP games run with 64k. So, I'd go for a cheaper ST anyday..

wolf_: as okiwan explained in his 2nd post in this thread, he wants the GT for sound performance. Which would be better on a GT. I wouldn't know though, I only own the ST |

Ooooh my... sorry I have just edited my profile. Thanks Ivan.
As D-Tail mentions I am looking for it mainly due to its sound capabilities; however I will investigate that point further to see if it's worth.

Well I have owned a Turbo R ST and now I have a Turbo R GT. Never heard any difference in sound quality... and I should know because I only used my ST for composing.

I do agree, there's no difference in sound quality. |

Same here... I have a A1ST with 512KB and the good part of this version is that it includes Audio output through RCA.
