Hello!This day at noon i clicked at the webshop and clicked the button to purchase the chaos assembler 3.Now several hours have passed,i received a receipt from paypal to my email but whenever i click on the purchases button i dont see the file to download it.What's wrong?

Maybe it needs more time to make the payment from my credit card?I have used paypal plenty of times in the past.

I have exactly the same problem. I bought Chaos assembler from the webshop several weeks ago, but it still has not appeared under "my purchases". Help appreciated.

As you may have noticed we had some unexpected downtime a few days ago. We're trying as best as possible to fix all the issues, and the problems you're having may be related to this downtime. Since the person who maintains the webshop is currently ill it may take a few days before this problem is resolved. We're of course sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand we'll try to resolve this as quickly as possible.

I am glad that you responded Sonic_aka_T It's ok with me to wait.I don't have a problem.I feel better now because i thought there could have been some problem with my paypal account.The webshop is really a very good idea and i just wish that there are new titles to purchase as time passes

Me neither.Maybe in a few days that summer ends it will be fixed.(end of summer,start of september etc...)
Anyway can't wait to download from the webshop

Sorry for the long delay. I have been having some health problems recently. I will try and look into the problem in this week, seems like an old bug has returned. I'll manually go through the paypal payments, make sure downloads become available and will contact each buyer personally by e-mail. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Snout i hope everything is ok with your health Just one question : is there any chance that Space manbow 2 will be available for sale through the webshop ?(maybe as a disk image or rom file without box or manual?).

I think technically everything can go into the webshop, but it's -probably- TNI who has to decide on that, not MRC..

SM2 is no longer a TNI product. I guess it's just Bart's decision. But if you'd ask me, I'd really rather buy a complete cartridge with all bells and whistles

I think it's up to Sunrise, not to TNI/RenovatiO, as Sunrise does the sales/distribution. But I can be wrong of course.

tailz: depends, Sunrise could have a limited sales quantity like 100 copies orso, after that RenovatiO could decide whatever they wish.. but all that depends on what agreements are being made ofcoz.

All customers who ordered software from the MRC Webshop during the time automatic processing did not work have now received an email and can - in some cases finally - download the software they had ordered. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!
