today i saw a 8245 modifcated with 256 K and a MSX-MUSIC

i cant seem to find any shematics on that

does anyone have any schematics on how to put in MSX-MUSIC in a 8245 and/or 8250?

I suppose the MSX Music cartridge is, without its case, built in the computer and an internal slot connector is constructed. All signals can be taken from the existing two slot connectors, a slot select signal is taken from the MSX engine. An internal variant of the third slot connector modification, see my site how that works.

and unfortunatly not all info from your site works (a pc floppy in a 8245 for example ,none of the info on your site seems to work)

have differences in the shematic

a fully working and WAY more hasslefree method of building in a PC floppy in a 8245 can be found in Clubblad MSX Vriendenclub Marienberg of December 2007
