the game abt an english man who steal the oil from arab to make cars and staff

About your English, I'm guessing manuel means that you should take some more time and effort to write down your words. That is e.g.: use 'you' where you write 'u', 'what's' where you write 'whats' and construct sentences (begin with capital letter, end with a period, use commas, that kind of stuff).
