| What are fair prices for CIB Aleste, Aleste 2, Metal Gear, and Metal Gear 2

Hey everyone.
I plan on trying to acquire the games mentioned in the title, but I am not quite sure what fair prices are for them.
Could some of the collectors - I suppose that would be anyone here - tell me what I should pay for a complete Aleste, Aleste 2, Metal Gear or Metal Gear 2? I figure you guys know a good price range to shoot for. i.e. "expect to pay at least ____ but never pay more than ____" - that sort of thing.

It varies a lot, really. But for these titles, expect to pay a LOT! You put them in the order of expensiveness, I think. MG2 can go up to 200 euros or more. For MG it depends if it's the Japanese version or the European one. The latter is a bit cheaper.

Usually Aleste 2 comes more expensive than Metal Gear [EUR], but that's what I've seen happening often anyway.

Indeed, all expensive games... Aleste usually goes for around 50 euros, Aleste2 and Metal Gear can fetch as much as 100 euros while I've rarely seen MG2 go for less than 150 since the MG craze...

Expect to pay more for Aleste. It's almost never for sale.

For a complete set, depending state :
Metal Gear [EUR] = 60~120 euros
Metal Gear 2 [JAP] = 150~220 euros

Snatcher for $500.00?? I don't know the average price for this title but I am positive last time it sold on Ebay it went for around $200.00. If you notice, it seems like the price was raised $400.00 by a small scale bidding war between two Ebayers. These people don't understand the only reason prices elevate is due to their temporary bidding rush. Anyways, I wish I could own Snatcher, for a fair price  |

Yeah, that price sound about right, now when was the item purchased, recently or? As is with things of this caliber, the price and value most likely increase with time. |
