It worked the last time I used it... it's just been sitting here unmolested since then and now today I go to use it and it doesn't boot. Some LEDs light up, the monitor displays a black screen, and there are some pops from the audio output. If I press print screen a few times the display changes to teal.

the user nazgul could revive his OCM after an update making the JTAG cable himsef. It seems the process is easy  . Write there in English I think is not a problem and contact with him. Maybe updating OCM is your solution. |

...but I haven't changed the firmware at all since HRA's 4th update on April 26th. It was definitely working after that  |

Then.... ask your OCM supplier for help or warranty(?) ..

Did you boot it without any external devices attached? Apart form screen and keyboard obviously.
