Gradiente Expert 3 30 pin RAM

Hello,

I have Gradiente Expert 3 by A. Carchano.
It has got 1Mb SIMM ram memory chip.

Where i can get bigger value of ram for it like 4MB?

30 PIN 4Mb for my Gradiente please,
And yes .. It hangs also with Mega flash rom.
It can be found rom and SD cards too but then wont go to the Multimente or dos at all.

No, sorry...
Just checked, and I only have 30 pin 1Mb SIMM's (2 pieces, new, unused).
One is a 1Mb 3-chip 70ns, and one is a 1Mb 9-chip 70ns.
(and should you need it, I also have a 30 pin SIMM socket, also new).
