Carnivore2 is out of stock everywhere, but we still have the stock in Russia. Postal services do work between Russia and EU (I just got my package from Russia), but paying for the cartridge is problematic because of financial sanctions. If you find the way to pay for Carnivore2 to our Russian distributor, you have the chance to get the cartridge.

Which MSX machine have you got? If it has an FMPAC built in, then there is little to choose between the two. If you have no FMPAC then the C2 would be a better option.
If you use the Sofarun interface there is very little difference, I have both, after buying a new MFRSCC+SD and a used C2.
