Elite ROM with R800 mode only works with Sofarun

There is an Elite ROM with a R800 mode (R800 mode is activated by pressing R on startup) that was created with Tap2ROM Loader 1.28 that works fine in OpenMSX on various computers but when loaded on a real MSX it will only run if you use Sofarun.

When run using opfxsd or MultiMente the ROM is recognised as a Konami cart and fails.
When run using Sofarun it is recognised as a Linear0 cart and works perfectly.

Is there any way to patch or edit the ROM file so that it is recognised as a Linear0 on everything including a 64k EEPROM?
