I remember trying but it was not possible. The Roms made by dsk2rom need 8k pages.

with a LZ93A13 you have 1024k with 8k bank
with a M60002 you have 2048k with 8k bank

it little easy loading a 16k bank in a 8k bank with jumping instructions for mapping but never see the contrary

I had done it for Eric's project which apparently never came to fruition. So I hadn't released it because I wanted to simplify the way to indicate the slot number. That will be for another time...
