In one way or another the .dsk images of ROA and PA3 don't seem to work with my Megaflash ROM SD SCC+ i.c.w. my Philips NMS 8245 MSX2. ROA hangs after Sunrise intro and PA3 doesn't work at all. Anybody ideas?

The first PA3 file is a Haddisk DSK image, you can mount it in OpenMSX as Harddisk.
Like Meits mentioned, copy the extracted PA3 files to your SD card and run the game with PA3.bat
Or you can play the game from 4x 720k Flopy disk images.
The same works for ROA, just copy all the files to your SD card and start with ROA.bat
