I don't know for sure, but it's maybe a konami rom with a replaced eprom that holds msx-dos.
Doesn't really matter to me, as long as it works. 
Regarding the price, I do not want to insult you, but I'm (also) Dutch. So, I'm a cheapskate. Ons ben zuunig, hé ?
So, I'm trying to think of a price, you and I both can live with. I'm thinking of something like 10-15 euro's + shipping costs. 
Less than that is always good.
