Its possible. But nobody is making something like that atm.

There are alternatives like Moonblaster for MoonSound, and MoonSound Music Studio (MS2)

The difference between Amiga/pc style trackers and these are that they dont have seperate instrument/volume/effects channels.

There is also SootSound, a xm(fasttracker) to opl4 converter.

Xelasoft created MOD-Edit for MSX turboR , but I have never seen it.

Xelasoft MOD-edit does not support Moonsound... I think Moonsound was created later. Other than that it is quite a nice program and gets the job done... I've created only one MOD with it though... IIRC only music extension it supports is MSX-Audio (to enable stereo effect) NOP has made a nice MOD-player for Moonsound though.

Yes, Xelasoft mod-edit supports needs a turbo R to run and an MSX-Audio (with sampleram) to be used as intended.
Moonsoft also made a modplayer for Moonsound by the way.

Michel Shuqair also made a MOD player for turboR, but that one was never released... I don't know if it was only a player or also a tracker....
