For sale is the battery slot cover for Yamaha MSX2 computers (YIS503III and similar). Made out of sturdy black PLA plastic. Price: 5 Euro + shipment (4 Euro without tracking, 7 Euro with tracking). I can print several covers if necessary.

I don't have the CX7M, but Yamaha is probably using the same cover everywhere. At least according to this picture, the cover should fit.
