We have talked about https://github.com/openMSX/openMSX/issues/1270
TSX support is it planned?
Discussed here: https://github.com/openMSX/openMSX/issues/1076
I think TSX Support is already a necessity. The RetrovVirtualMachine will give TSX Official Support in the next release. ;-)
And hope you can solve the bug with the Debugger. ;-)
Gracias & Saludetes. ;-)
We have talked about https://github.com/openMSX/openMSX/issues/1270
3 years ago!!! Since then, I think the format has gained more and more popularity and support, despite receiving no attention from the most popular MSX debugger. What a merit!
Hello again,
We go on working in the TSX Format and creating more and more TSX Files. ;-)
We have udpated our TSX Web with more games and we have now more than 400 TSX Games. You can find them here:
tsx.eslamejor.com
We have a lot of TSX games more already created, pendind of revision to upload at our Web. ;-)
If you want to help us and you have a "MIA" Game (a Game not converted or available) you can help us creating a Wav of the original Game and contacting us. ;-)
Unfortunately the authors of the Open MSX haven't included yet a TSX Support in the last version of their Emulator, so until that moment arrives you can use our Fork version of the Open MSX with fully TSX support. ;-)
Thank you very much indeed. ;-)
Gracias & Saludetes. ;-)
Hey manolito74, great to hear about your progress. But as a slight point of attention, next time please only post once, there’s no need to post the same thing four times in four different threads. I read it the first time . It will only fragment the discussion.
Hi Grauw,
I've just decided to update the different threads where we have talked about the TSX Format in the past. That's the simple reason to do why.
In any case thanks a lot for your coment and suggestion. ;-)
Updates to the TSX archive are unrelated to what this subforum is about, namely OpenMSX, and I consider them to be off-topic. If you want to announce updates to the TSX archive, the most suitable subforum is probably Software: https://www.msx.org/forum/msx-talk/software-and-gaming
Having discussed the TSX format in past doesn't strike me as a good reason to post archive updates.
It would be pretty neat to have a "piano roll" window showing the inputs in a recording (as seen in the FCEUX documentation: https://fceux.com/web/help/taseditor/PianoRoll.html, and also available in BizHawk). Being able to navigate to the precise frames where inputs happen and tweak them around makes TASing a lot easier than just using frame advance.
