AFAIK Catapult still has this option. Click on the "Cart A" button and there you can select the mapper type by clicking "Select cartrdige type" in the menu that drops down (first select the ROM image, otherwise this is disabled).

I've heard about the new catatpult and also a debugger where i can get it?
PingPong: the debugger can be downloaded from our website (see at the bottom of the download box). For the new Catapult, I don't know if there's a Windows binary available currently. We should check with mfeingol if you're interested.
