Some news about Sunrise?

Hi!

I "bought" (I paid but a do not received nothing) one Moonsound and one Mambow2 at 27th August 2009 to Sunrise. Nowadays I do not received nothing yet. I sent a lot of e-mail to Sunrise but the last new (they replied a e-mail at 8th November 2009) was two month ago...

Somebody does know if there are some problems with Sunrise?

I know that Sunrise is not a professional group and I understand that they do not sent the products in the moment, but I think that 4 month (and some days) are a lot of time....

you know their email has changed , now it is @tele2.nl , there is a news on that , maybe you can check in the archives if you have updated the mail address and you are using it already or not . your english is fine.

Thanks Leo and FiXato, but I have been used the e-mail of the profile. I think that the problem is not of e-mail, because 1 month ago Sunrise replied me in the correct e-mail...

Otherwise you could try giving them a call. The Dutch number is at their distributors page.
that would be +31 70 360 97 07 in international format.
(I hope that that number isn't out of date though..)

Someone on Youtube contacted me and wants to buy Manbow2 this person isn't close to the Netherlands and can't come to the Nijmegen fair. The person tried to contact Sunrise on several occasions without a reply. Does anyone from Sunrise or either the Manbow2 team want to sell their game?

Thanks, but I don't know to speak Dutch... I think that will be difficult. I will try with other mail... Sometimes I saw Sunrise on this forum, will he read this thread?

I did not receive my two cartridge in 4'5 month (after of the payment) is a big frustration for me...

The mail you sent him was in english right? I bet if he can read it he can speak it aswell! (or where you using google translation Wink )

No, I use my head Tongue But my oral English is bad... and is possible that his English too.

My experience is that when the English of both speakers isn't a 100%, they can understand each other better than when 1 of them speaks it fluently ;p
