Bit Corporation BIT-90 computer

On this page there is info the Bit 90 was actually a SC-3000 clone and technically very close to MSX1 (but without MSX BIOS that does not matter much). There were no games specific for these machines as they were all clones made in Taiwan and were used with pirated game carts. Probably Coleco and Sega did not even sell their games and hardware in Taiwan and China due to low income there at those times, which was the reason these clones existed. They were cheap (built without licenses) and thus affordable.

So for emulation purposes these are not very interesting imho. Emulation for SG-1000 and SC-3000 should not be difficult for openMSX (BlueMSX already emulates SG-1000/SC-3000 as well as MAME/MESS)

I just wonder why Bit-60 and Bit-90 had such a superb BASIC, when there weren´t any programs made with it?

So would it be possible to emulate the computer? Except for MESS nobody does. Or is there no relation between cost and benefit? By the way, it has a very interesting and advanced BASIC.

The bit 90 was tested extensively in the issue 09/1984 of the German magazine "Homecomputer". I have the scans of the article here, but unfortunately I can't find the PDF anymore.
