Looking for Yamaha SFK-01 module's ROM dump

I am looking for Yamaha SFK-01 module's ROM dump. It's quite likely that the board with two 16kb chips in this module got damaged, so I want to compare the dumps with the original ROM.

Crap, both 27128 EPROMs on the SFK-01's daughterboard are empty, so I really need the BIOS dump. The ROM should be 32kb in size because there are two 16-kb chips on the daughterboard.

I have SFG-05 in my Yamaha MSX1. It looks identical to SFK-01. Would that help?

I will dig more in the basement. Maybe even find SFK-01

I have SFG-05 and patched SFG-05 BIOSes, it works in SFK-01, but with some anomalies. That's why I need 32kb SFK-01 specific BIOS. I hope that someone has this module. There's no need to remove the ROM, just dumping it with SAVEROM utility would be sufficient.

For emulation it would also be nice to have the ROM dump of the SFK-01.
