I wrote down who it's useful for DSK files but in fact, I don't know if this is true for split files. The latest Nextor does not support split files, so I think saves during emulation shouldn't be a problem.
Can someone take a look at the wiki page for VDP status register #0?
https://www.msx.org/wiki/VDP_Status_Registers#Status_Register_0
The F flag is mentioned twice, it this intentional?
Fixed.
Fixed.
Thx!
I don't know why I don't have write access to the https://www.msx.org/wiki/VRAM_Maps page, but there is a mistake about screen mode bits.
Should be:
Multi-colour 0 0 0 1 0 Graphic 1 0 0 0 0 0 Graphic 2 0 0 1 0 0
Go to front page, log out, log in then go back to wiki.
I saw it was still wrong, so I took the liberty of fixing it.
Thanks both.
Screen 9 was wrong on VRAM Maps page ... and as Screen 9 actually uses other screens, you need to include the Kanji modes which use a similar trick (or remove both ofc!)
As you have removed the Kanji modes, I have removed Screen 9.
I know, it's weird but multicolor korean text mode is considered a screen mode but Kanji modes are not. It's like that, it was not me who created the system.
Screen 9 is wrong on VRAM Maps page
You mean the Screen 9 doesn't use graphics mode 6 (as the SCREEN7)?
