I download a pack with Openmsx and more laserdiscs, the c-bios appears, as in Bluemsx, but how do I start the game? There is also a boot script, but I don't know what to do.

Only the pioneer machines support laserdisc, c-bios does not.
What do you mean with boot script?

Sorry, I don't know anything about hyperspin. But I know a lot about openMSX....

You need to run the pioneer machines. Get the BIOS if one of them installed.

Anyway, what you can do is:
1. Download and install the official openMSX 0.15.0
2. Get the systemroms.zip archive
3. Unzip in share/systemroms as per the openMSX manual
4. Run the pioneer PX-7 with the laserdisc of your choice, as per the openMSX manual if necessary

I like Bluemsx, can I do the same?

No, it doesn't emulate laserdisc.

Tell me where you get stuck and I'll help where I can.
