I have a 100% Bug Free R-rtype Rom.

Actually the original R-Type ROM does work fine. Moreover, OPFXSD will detect R-Type ROM.
Perhaps a patched/modified version needs to manually set the mapper.

Many Many thanks to all of you guys for the support, , but it doesn't seem to work anyway.

After the boot tha screen is blu and stops.
I've tried all things I thought.
- Your and so many roms (original, ascii 8, ascii 16)
- wrtiting it from MultiMente and from line command
- adding to line command the /a8 or /a16 and /1 option

with no result.

Maybe an issue with NMS8245 upgraded to Plus with FM-Pac on second slot (first slot is for MegaFlashRomSCC+SD)
