It doesn't have an basic rom and its only msx1 compatible
There is no clockchip but has the 9938

This ROM exists, I've received it from Tomas Karlsson who sent me the Swedish version, it's almost the same ROM as on the SVI-738.But maybe the ROM is actually inside the MSX adaptor, just like the Z80.
