Philips 8020 with soft collection in peculiar format

In case any of you is interested, I just saw that this machine is being offered in ebay Kleinanzeigen (German local classified ads site). It seems to include a bunch of soft titles burned in EPROM chips, which sounds quite odd to me. :-)

Weird indeed. It is also the QWERTY version, so not really meant for the German market.
The disk drive also seems to be some kind of home made creation.
