Sony MSX Hit Bit wanted

I am looking for a Sony MSX hit bit with tape recorder. Additionally, I would also like to track down a cartridge copy of the goonies and a copy of a game called flight deck.

Please hit me up if anyone can help. I'm from the uk and live in Oxford. I'm new to the MSX forums but had an Sony hit bit when I was very young and am trying to re-obtain one.

You mean the hitbit model with built in tape drive? Thet are rare and i have one with the joystick built in.

The goonies is reasonably easy to find on ebay. Also keep your eyes open for some nice releases from the uk later this year????

i have a sony hitbit with build in recorder...but the tapedeck is broken...they need new belts.
the belts i can deliver with the machine, but you have to repair it yourself...something for you?
it is a sony hb-501p.

It would help if the OP would state the exact Sony MSX model number.. As all Sony MSX machines are called hitbi.

Apologies - I literally just won the model I wanted on eBay. It was a Sony MSX hit bit HB 75B. I got it for a very good price so am thrilled.

I am still looking for the goonies though! It seems to be very expensive on eBay.

"a Sony MSX hit bit with tape recorder" doesn't mean the tape recorder is built in. He could also have a separate tape recorder. And apparently that was the case. I'm not sure there were any 501's sold in the UK anyway.

The HB75 was the only MSX that Sony UK sold in any volume. There is a nice one on eBay with a disc drive

There is a disk collection called MSXmania, but we are not allowed to mention warez on this site. However, a useful cartridge is the MegaflashROM, interesting how this site promotes the use of the cartridge which can only accept ROM images, which, apart from a handful are warez items?

I saw the one with the disk drive but it was too expensive for me.
Managed to pick one up for much cheaper with some cartridge games inc gradious.

Still looking for the goonies. Looks like I'll have to pay at least £30 for that
