MSXDS has been updated to version 0.92

Version 0.92 (2011-12-26)

    Fixed FM-PAC mapper (SRAM included).
    Fixed Game-Master 2 mapper (SRAM included).
    Fix the Kanji ROM driver size.
    Improved display of screen10 and screen12 modes.
    Compiled with devkitARM r36 et libnds 1.5.4+.
    Ability to display on the top screen the MSX software media image corresponding to the selected file. (Cartridge, floppy disk and tape)

I have put the needed rom images, but at boot it gives the crc code in red(i think it didn't recognizes the roms) on msx.rom, msx2.rom, msx2ext.rom and disk.rom.
I have tried with the ones of bluemsx and the ones from nlmsx but is the same.
Can't use the program in msx or msx2 mode. On msx2+ it boots ok.

I have the same problem.
All seems to work on my 3DS but I can't find the right msx2p.rom file anywhere.
I even found the files from the right machine. Frustrating.

One question xain, what type of cart are you using on the 3ds?. At the moment im using my ds, because my flashcart
don't work on my 3ds.

The latest version is here. It took me ages to find the right ROMs and I can't remember where I got them from now, sorry. Supercard DSTwo works well on the 3DS and so does some of the www.r4ids.cn carts.
