well, the fMSX sources are available on the website, and fMSX is known to be very portable. It was already ported to GamePark32, so I think there's no reason why it can not be ported to Symbian.
Aha, Don't know the guy.... Is anybody able to do this? I'm not.... I'm absolutly terrible at C++...
Note that fMSX is written in C, not in C++.

Whatever... Anybody?
Yeah, it would be veeeeeeeeeryyyyyy coooooooool, if someone start porting fMSX to symbian, or even start the emulator development from 0%!
damn.. i thought for a moment you were talking about the Sybian:::
you and GuyveR have a lot in common, Bart
Karloch, I have my Nokia3650 now and I am INDEED very impressed by it......But erhm.......You're talking about miniGPS and MP3 players and stuff......Erhm.....I haven't found a good freeware MP3 player yet....Can you point me to one, please?!
Well, a thing about the symbian os is that there is little good free software. Finding full cracked versions of commercial programs is really easy for now, but, you know, it's ilegal... The best way is use these cracked programs and buy those that are really useful and have a reasonable price.
Yes, prices are quite reasonable indeed. About 10-20 dollars in most cases....Well, you didn't say too much about the phone. After some days, I finally have the idea I start controlling the OS pretty much. I have installed some nice features and I'm very happy with it! I have a Vodafone account and Vodafone at the moment has a lazy smtp-server (authsmtp.vodafone.nl)....It delivers .org-emails immediately, if you try sending an e-mail to i.e. an .nl-domain, it takes hours.....Upto half a day.....Hopefully they will fix this shortly. Already phoned the helpdesk about it.....
I haven't used yet, the Internet capabilities of the mobile due to... well, here is Spain is so expensive to use GPRS. Btw, I can't get the WAP working with Movistar, but this is a known problem and Movistar is working on it (or I hope so). Other operators users (such as Vodafone) don't have problems to access Internet from the 3650.
I'm concurrently searching a OGG Vorbis player program, since MP3 at low bitrates sounds horrible
And about forum topic... Looks like nobody is interested on porting or developing an emulator for these devices (maybe that we have to wait for MSX PLAYer, but.... that is too much to wait...).
