Retrospectiva 2012 - June Review

Last month we reported on Retrospectiva 2012, the Argentinian retro competition for 8bit platforms. Participants can submit graphics, music and BASIC games. Even though the competition will end in April 2013, some entries have already been announced. Here is a quick review of the 8 entries presented so far:

• Surfshooter by Brian Picchi (BASIC game for the Apple II)
• FOTO-APARAT by YERZMYEY (Graphics for the Sinclair ZX 81)
• TREE’81 by PIESU (Graphics for the Sinclair ZX 81)
• SPACE BASE by YERZMYEY (Graphics for the Sinclair ZX 81)
• HOUSE by PYZA (Graphics for the Sinclair ZX 81)
• CHIP by Osgeld (Graphics for the Apple II)
• LAUGH by mono (Graphics for the Sinclair ZX 81)
• YERZMIX PART 6 by YERZMYEY (Music for the Sinclair ZX 81)

There are no MSX entries as of yet. But as the challenge will last for another 10 months there is still time for some nice MSX contributions!
