The downloads database here at MRC is a growing monster and getting stuffed with MSX or related data by the day. To keep you updated, here's a recap of the submitted entries from last month.

TDeejay gave a Gradius arrangement in MP3 format

From JohanMSX we received a schematic to have interconnection between an MSX mouse and a PS/2 connector.

Claudio Henrique Picolo uploaded a template kit, sample images and instructions about how to convert and open MSX SCREEN8 with Photoshop using no plug-ins or special software. We wrote about it earlier.

Korean MRC user Jee IkHoon started on an MSX1 Emul for Visual Basic 6.0 Sp6 and shared v0.1 with us.

A patch to remove the "Zapp's birthday" virus by gdx

More enjoyness for JoySNES by Popolon_fr. Patch the following software to enable it to play with the SNES remote joypad.

New ear orgasm comes from Jorito. Here's a DS6 tune for you, fresh from the mixer.

If you have anything good to share, submit it to our download database.

Wouldn't this need to be called an 'uploads summary' instead? Tongue

I thought about it, but didn't follow through. However, I'm still in doubt Smile

Traditionally, the downloads top 10 was about downloads. I'd pick a different title for these uploads. Hannibal

Yeah, I came here looking for a summary of the most downloaded content.

Haha.. Yes.. Me too Wink how ever, now we speak about upload. What I really mis in upload is that you have version uploads for the same upload. I love to upload my content. But sometimes I found a bug and want to upload it again or want to add it to the same upload so I'm sure people start downloading the last stable version. Would be very cool to have such a function. At the moment I can't delete my current uploads or replace them.

But the section is called “downloads”… Smile “New additions to the downloads.” There!

For completeness' sake: always add a date to the title, in order to avoid double titles, and to have something you can search on.

So, while also shortening it a bit:

Download additions November 2017
Download additions January 2018
Download additions March 2018
etc.
or with whatever interval you want to have.

You could ask an admin to sort things out for you. Saves you the troubles Smile

When ever I spot new versions, I add the uploaded content to the already present record and put a version number on it. So, yes it is possible but the admin has to be aware. Best is to mention the new version in your upload, as a reminder for the admin to check Smile

Agreed. Even better I always use the format yyyymmDD for such. Cuz it sorts like it has to Smile
anyway, I'll adjust the title. See, that's why I love community input
