MSX on ebay

What is the msx world coming too? Has anyone checked ebay lately. Are msx games becoming so rarely ? I mean, 1500 euro for feedback, 2000 for time pilot and the top of the bill 2400 euros for konamis synthesizer. I guess that guy isn't interested in actual selling these games, he just wants to show off Who is going to spend 2400 euros on one game?

Yes, some don't really get it. A few months back there was a HB F700P for 2000 euro's (not even with box), almost one page further there was a HB F700D in box with all additional stuff, for around 400 euro's.
Maybe that guy is betting on some fool that does buy it.
Or some items that are photographed in plastic seal, but when you look closely at the box it has wear and tear.

Well, there are a few games that would be nice for my collection, but since I'm not willing to pay all that much, I will never get them (like synthesizer).

yup, logic. I myself just have a certain MSX budget and if it exceeds it, then I might try to bargain if it is doable, otherwise I let it pass.

I'd especially do that if it's not going to be used, like a collection completer as Synthesizer. I don't see anybody use that after having tested if it works. That's one hell of an expensive cupboard sitter if you ask me.

@Meits: Indeed Synthesizer is one of the few konami's that I'm missing and with the prices it's offered for I will propably never get it and that is fine with me. Even if it was my last konami title I missed.

The F700D that's now euro 390,00 is complete. True.

But, that guy started that auction a few months back with a price round euro 1200,00 !

Then he probably adjusted it so he got a true chance of selling it. I remember seeing that too, maybe he tried it and got negative feedback about the price

I still wonder if people buy things that are so high priced. If so, maybe i should sell my MSX collection as well

@cklayman: I have all konami's (european and japanese), except synthesizer and game collection special. And I'm not actively searching for them and don't care if I ever get them. I most certainly won't because I do not intent to pay a lot for them And certainly not 2400 euro. I'm collecting konami's since I was a little MSX user, so the thought of selling them never crossed my mind. Same goes for my trusty NMS 8250
