I'm trying to find ways to get this book published as cheap as possible for you guys. The current best option is to undo the decision to publish the book in two parts and make one big book with a hard cover. Since book two still has to be corrected I guess you'll have to wait a few weeks longer. Sorry about that.

A small update. To make the book a bit cheaper, I have now merged the two parts originally planned and managed to squeeze everything in 840 pages (that took a few days since it was hard to find free space). The book will be released with a hard cover and will probably cost around 50 euros. I'm now waiting for a review copy and I hope the book can be bought at Amazon around Christmas.

Out of curiosity, John Szczepaniak is very vocal about the demise of Create Space and the terrible service/quality of the new Kindle Direct Publishing. Which method are you considering to publish this tome ?

The preview book posted in here on YouTube was published on Kindle. The definitive version is created by Lightning Source. Costs more money for me but less for the buyers.

Are you also considering an electronic edition, or is it going to be physical only? (Just curious, I'll get the physical book anyway.)

No release in PDF form for the moment. That might change in the future though.
