It seems Amazon does not order Print On Demand books when there are not enough orders (they are listed as Out Of Stock). Let's see what happens in the next few days. Keep me informed. At this point, there is no much I can do unfortunately.

I have logged in to amazon.co.uk with my regular amazon.com global credentials and it worked fine, similar to what you have with ebay. It shows you price in your currency and also you can select to have convertion with your card issuer

I placed the order as well, let’s hope Amazon picks it up quickly! I think adding some images to the listing would make it more attractive to people who might stumble upon it in the store.
