Nice updates Smile With 'too many 9xx variations' you mean you run out of the number of sample headers?

Exactly!

Build 1762:

  • Fixed an issue with 9xx command skipping the waveheader creation when no sample was specified in the step
  • Fixed an issue with Dxx command (pattern break)
  • Fixed an issue pause toggle which ignored the current note to be played
  • Added shortkey 'STOP' which stops playing and resets position

Hi guys, I have tried this latest version, but something happens, all the Mods work wrong for me.
shhhhh sound on music samplers.
I have tested it on my Turbo R ST with Wozblaster with 2mb SRAM and Original Moonsound with 1M SRAM
The Old versión working ok for me.

Thanks for this work Wink Wink

So there is nothing I can do with this report. I have no Turbo-R and I am also not sure what the old version is.

The only way for me to fix anything if it either runs on my NMS8280 or OpenMSX. And I would be nice if you have some video to show the issue.

For what it's worth, i tested it on a Turbo-R as well and now always get the following output:
NOP MOD Player v2.0 (c) NOP 2020 - Build: 1762
You are here:3-0
Memory reported: 80KB
ERROR:Not enough memory
ERROR:File handling

This is on a standard Turbo-R ST with 256KB and a DalSoRi v2 OPL4 with 2MB memory active.

Be aware of the OPL4 maximum access speeds described on page 8 of the manual. Additionally there is a wait required after setting the wave table number (see page 16).

You can either hard-code the specified amount of time (R800 timing information here), or poll the BUSY and LD flags in the status register (see page 9 / 10).

Hello, I also have an NMS8280 to test, I will test now.
Regarding the version, I am using build 1762, I have my Turbo R ST with 512k ram internal.
Then I will record a video to show.

It seems that the Turbo R in Z80 mode works, but some notes of the music sound bad, as if it were another different note.

Maybe it can be the access in the Turbo R as Grauw comments.
