I guess the one on the edge of the 50p connector. In the last picture the one on the top.
And where is it on the board?
You see iCT PEEL18VC8P-15 (20-pin) at the bottom left in the first photo I posted here:

Finally also the Moonsound has been repaired by changing the PEEL chip.
Click here to watch a video of the GFX9000 and Moonsound after the repair.
Wow, great you've got that old hardware resurrected!
Were you able to read the configuration back from the old PEEL chips? I assume you bought empty replacements?
I received the PEELs / GALs already programmed by some friends.
I am available privately to provide more details if needed.
Personally I think the content of those PEEL chips should be archived somewhere maybe even here on MSX.org. Sunrise is no longer in existence and as such these products can easily be labeled as abandonware. It was a huge feat that the community was able to retrieve them and surely KdL’s status in that community helped to get people to go through their old floppies and or ide/scsi disks. The next time this happens to someone (which might as well be in ten years), finding these may prove to be a lot harder than it already was this time.
I have already requested the publication of these files, but the author's consent is required in the first place. The JED file for the PEEL/GAL of GFX9000 V1.1 is no longer available (confirmed by the author) and should be reversed from an existing board. I am now using a PEEL/GAL of the GFX9000 V1.0 and had to make hardware change to my GFX9000 V1.1 pcb to make it work with it.
If needed, it should be relatively easy to recreate the source files.
Warning!! After months of testing my SM-X prototype, I decided to warn everyone that it was not only the faulty power supply that caused the damage to my GFX9000 (one time) and MoonSound(two times) but above all the 74LVC4245 chip which still continues to cause instability on the external bus. Only a high-quality power supply can eventually reduce the issue, but some more sensitive and older cartridges may still be damaged. So be very very careful and if a cartridge fails, stop using the external slots immediately!
Please note that my SM-X prototype may not be the same as the machines sold later.
