Are there any companies in the English-speaking world that manufacture and sell MSX cartridges?
If they contact D4E and agree on a commercial territory for both sides, I think they could release the cartridges with English packaging and English manuals right away.
You won't have to read the Japanese manual anymore.
(The package art for English games from the 80's is cool, isn't it?)

and...Is DEEPL translating the opposite of Google Translate?

Yes but I mean ROM version for real MSX. As far as I have understood in the post, the games bought in project egg website are playable only online, I want the rom to be loaded in my MSX

Check pages 2 and 3 of this topic. I posted in detail how to extract the rom from the Project EGG download after purchasing it. And tfh posted a link to the demo.

In a fit of insanity I did convert the Demo ROM (fixed version) to CAS file for that true MSX feel. Lol

Not sure where you got the impression you can only play them online; you play them via the project egg launcher, which works perfectly fine offline.
